I had an amazing time at the ZZ Day Spa! My therapist did a great job with my problematic areas. I work with adults with disabilities so I do a lot of physical labor. The services I received not only relaxed my mind but physically helped me restart. Complimentary mimosa was the cherry on top! Thank you for the spectacular service! I will be considering getting a membership to enjoy my time here again.

My husband and I just visited ZZ Spa and had a really lovely experience. We booked the 80-minute massage, which honestly went by so fast it felt a bit short. The massage itself was wonderful and very relaxing. From the moment we arrived, the staff and service were exceptional. We were warmly greeted and offered a choice of mimosa, champagne, or green tea, then escorted to a serene waiting area featuring a beautiful waterfall that immediately set the tone for relaxation. They went above and beyond by singing Happy Birthday to my husband and even gifting us soap bars, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch. It truly made the experience feel special. Overall, a fantastic visit with amazing service and a peaceful atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that immediately put me at ease. The spa’s atmosphere is the perfect blend of elegance and tranquility — every detail, from the soothing lighting to the calming music, creates an oasis right in the middle of bustling Manhattan. While waiting for my appointment, I was pleasantly surprised with a delicious mimosa, which was such a thoughtful and luxurious touch. It was the perfect way to start unwinding before my massage. Speaking of the massage, **Patricia** was absolutely outstanding. She is a true expert—attentive, skilled, and intuitive. Patricia took the time to understand exactly what I needed and tailored the session accordingly. Her technique was both powerful and gentle, easing all my tension and leaving me feeling completely rejuvenated. I left the massage room feeling lighter, refreshed, and cared for in a way that’s rare to find. The entire experience was seamless—from check-in to check-out, every staff member I interacted with was friendly and professional. The spa itself is beautifully maintained, with a peaceful waiting area that made me feel like I was truly stepping away from the city chaos, if only for a little while. ZZ Day Spa isn’t just a place for a massage; it’s a sanctuary for self-care and relaxation. Whether you’re a local or just visiting NYC, treat yourself to this exceptional experience—you deserve it. Wonderful Experience loved our masseuse Patricia and Valentina! You must look for them when you come and make sure to get the 90 minute massage. 60 minutes is not enough time for any massage in my opinion. You’re just winding down at almost 60 mins. But they welcome you with champagne or mimosas. We loved it and will be back. Parking is horrible but worth it.

Absolutely loved my European Facial with Kate, she did such an amazing job. My skin feels very hydrated and clean. I went together with a friend, celebrating our birthdays. They gave us some cupcakes, and Apple Cider / Mimosa or Champagne. The atmosphere of Spa is super relaxing, and very calming. I can highly recommend this Spa if you’re looking for place to escape the fast paced city, and are in need of self care!

I had an European facial with Lucy, and she was amazing! My skin feels so hydrated and refreshed. The spa itself was incredibly relaxing, and I went with a friend to celebrate our birthdays. We booked the birthday package, which came with cupcakes, candles, and fun birthday crowns. It was such a special and wonderful experience! Very recommended! :))

Had the most amazing experience from to start the finish. Our host, Zina, was incredibly welcoming, kind, and knew exactly what I was after. It was so nice to hang out in the lush surroundings prior (moving images of a beautiful vista and the sounds of the ocean were a delight). The massage itself was iconic. I feel like a million bucks and the pressure and attention to detail was exquisite. Highly highly recommend.

I came to ZZ Day Spa for the first time and it was absolutely amazing! I had a Swedish massage with Yonida and she did a fantastic job, so relaxing and comfy! The staff are so polite and attentive, they knew it was my birthday and gave me a birthday sash, tiara, champagne and cupcakes! I highly recommend especially for special occasions, by yourself or for couples! I’ll definitely be back!

The service at this spa was exceptional! From the moment I arrived, being welcomed with champagne made me feel truly pampered. My massage therapist was fantastic—professional, attentive, and skilled. Everything about the experience was top-notch. I highly recommend their membership if you enjoy visiting once a month; it’s very convenient and comes with great perks. Plus, there are other promotions that make it even more worthwhile. Definitely a spa I’ll be returning to!

Wow! What an experience! From greeting to atmosphere to the careful and thoughtful hands of Sharda, the entire massage experience was indeed wonderful. My experience began with champagne (ended with an offer of more if wanted) as I was led to one of several relaxation spaces - waterfall, beach scene, and swing chairs. Sharda provided a full body deep tissue massage and left me so relaxed and rejuvenated. I sat to write this review and someone celebrating their birthday came in. They offered champagne/mimosa and sang her happy birthday complete with candle and cupcake. If I lived in NY, I would do the monthly service, but since I don’t, whenever I’m in town and can head here I will. Thanks ZZ for a great massage experience! 10 out of 10…I absolutely recommend!!
